With approximately 1,000 square feet of thoughtfully arranged living space, the cottage comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two private sleeping areas.

◇ A Screen-Free Escape: The cottage does not have a television, offering a chance to unplug and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A shared television is available in the community pavilion near the lake, which is a walk from the cottages. Please note that the pavilion is a shared space.
◇ Farm Setting: Buckhorn Hollow Farms is a working farm property. You may hear natural outdoor sounds and general farm activity throughout your stay. We hope you'll enjoy the peaceful surroundings and unique countryside atmosphere.
◇ Dog-Friendly: We know your dogs are family too! Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per stay, which includes up to two dogs. There are no breed or weight restrictions. Please review our pet policies before arrival.
◇ Shared Property: Buckhorn Hollow Farms is home to multiple guest cottages. Outdoor amenities and common areas are shared with other guests and residents.
◇ Bug & Tick Protection: When enjoying the outdoors, please use the provided bug spray and check yourself, your clothing, and belongings for ticks before returning inside. Ticks are common in natural and wooded environments and can transfer to linens, towels, and bedding if precautions aren't taken.
◇ Laundry: Washer and dryer facilities are available in a shared common area, not inside the cottage.
◇ Extended Stays: Stays are limited to 30 nights maximum. Guests staying longer than two weeks are required to have a mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee.
