The Space:
Designed with comfort and character in mind, Bobwhite welcomes you with an open living area, vaulted timber ceilings, and an inviting layout that makes it easy to settle in. The living space flows into a fully equipped kitchen, creating a comfortable place to prepare breakfast, enjoy a quiet evening, or gather after a day exploring the farm.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two sleeping areas.

While the farm offers plenty to enjoy right on the property, having a car gives you the flexibility to venture into nearby towns, discover local favorites, and take a day trip to Nashville.

◇ Maximum occupancy is four guests.
◇ A Screen-Free Escape: The cottage does not have a television, offering a chance to unplug and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A shared television is available in the community pavilion near the lake, which requires a walk from the cottages. The pavilion is a shared space and may be used by other farm guests.
◇ Dog-Friendly: We know your dogs are family too! We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 pet fee per stay. There are no breed or weight restrictions.
◇ The cottage features one king bedroom on the main level and one queen bed in the upstairs loft.
◇ The upstairs sleeping area is an open loft-style layout.
◇ The cottage has one full bathroom located on the main level.
◇ Guests have access to the private screened-in porch and deck.
◇ Buckhorn Hollow Farms is a shared property with other guest cottages and common outdoor amenities.
◇ A signed guest waiver is required before arrival.
◇ Bug & Tick Protection: Please use the provided bug spray whenever enjoying the outdoors. This area has ticks that can attach to clothing and transfer to linens, towels, and bedding if precautions aren't taken. Always check yourself and your belongings before coming inside, and use the bug spray provided in the cottage for your protection.

Extended Stays: Stays are limited to a maximum of 30 nights. Guests staying longer than two weeks are required to schedule a mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee.
