The Space:
Designed with comfort and character in mind, Purple Martin welcomes you with an open living area, soaring timber ceilings, and expansive windows that bring the surrounding woodland views indoors. The inviting living space flows into a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare a leisurely breakfast, enjoy a quiet evening in, or gather after a day exploring the farm.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two king bedrooms, each paired with its own full bathroom.

Main Level:

While the farm offers plenty to enjoy right on the property, having a car gives you the flexibility to venture into nearby towns, discover local favorites, and take a day trip to Nashville.

◇ Downtown Nashville is approximately 50 miles away, offering live music, dining, entertainment, and iconic Music City attractions.
◇ A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the surrounding area and accessing nearby attractions.
◇ Rideshare services may have limited availability in this rural area, so we recommend arranging transportation in advance if needed.

Once you arrive at Buckhorn Hollow Farms, you can enjoy the beauty of the property at your own pace, with outdoor amenities and scenic spaces to explore throughout the grounds.

◇ Maximum occupancy is four guests.
◇ A Screen-Free Escape: The cottage does not have a television, offering a chance to unplug and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. However, a shared television is available in the community pavilion near the lake, which is a walk from the cottages. The pavilion is a shared space and may be used by other farm guests.
◇ Dog-Friendly: We know your dogs are family too! We have a $150 pet fee per stay that includes up to 2 dogs. There are no breed or weight restrictions.
◇ The cottage features two king bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
◇ The second bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs in an open loft-style layout.
◇ Guests have access to the cottage's private screened porch and deck.
◇ Buckhorn Hollow Farms is a shared property with other guest cottages and common outdoor amenities.
◇ A signed guest waiver is required before arrival.
◇ Please use the provided bug spray when enjoying the outdoors and check clothing and belongings for ticks before returning inside.

30 Night stay maximum. Guests staying longer than 2 weeks will be required to have a mid-stay clean for a fee.
